NBC Renews Chuck; Not So Much Heroes

Although it was considered a "bubble" show (meaning that it could go either way), NBC has decided to renew its spy dramedy Chuck for a fourth season.
At this point the renewal is for a reported 13 episodes.

Over on the Heroes front, the news wasn't quite as optimistic. While there are widespread rumors that NBC will cancel the show due to low ratings in America, there are others that state it will be back for 13 episodes or, a more likely scenario, maybe a four-hour event to wrap the show up. NBC's dilemma is that the show makes A LOT of money overseas and on DVD. We should know by next week.

Actually NBC has all but officially confirmed that there will be some sort of midseason conclusion to the series that will run two to four hours.

I've had to use my imagination with HEROES for a long time anyway. The show unfolding in my head was way cooler than what they actually gave us. But CHUCK continues to be fantastic.
