Alan Cumming not Returning for X-Men 3
Actor Alan Cumming has announced he will not be returning to play Nightcrawler in the upcoming X-Men 3 movie.
It was announed on actor Alan Cumming's official website that he will not be returning as Nightcrawler in 20th Century Fox's X-Men 3 movie.
"EX X MAN!! Alan will NOT be appearing in X3. Fox has not picked up his option to play Nightcrawler for a second movie."
X3 is scheduled to start filming in August 05 for a May 26, 2006 release date. All other original cast members are expected to return which will be joining newly signed stars Kelsey Grammer (Beast), Vinnie Jones (Juggernaut), and Maggie Grace (Shadowcat).
