The Lancer bundle package that Cliff Bleszinski hinted at during the Gears of War 2 San Diego Comic-Con panel is now a reality!
During the Sand Diego Comic-Con Cliff BLeszinski hinted at a Gears of War 2 bundle featuring the replica Lancer from NECA (head over to our
Gears of War 2 videos area to check it out) that was on display at their booth during the convention.
Amazon.com now has the replica Lancer available. The Lancer features a trigger activated motorized "chainsaw" sound and vibration feature, the side handle folds in & out and slides back & forth, and a removable clip. It was created from the actual 3D data used in the Gears of War 2 videogame. Note that the 3 "C" batteries are NOT included. The Lancer is listed for $139.99.
If you want the bundle there are a few hoops you have to jump through.
- Add the Gears of War 2 Amazon.com Exclusive Lancer to your cart
- Then add either the Gears of War 2 Limited Edition or the Gears of War 2 Standard Edition to your cart
You'll then see a $59.99 credit in your shopping cart (the same price as the Standard Edition).
Note that the Limited Edition is only $10 more than the standard edition.
Also note that the Lancer, as well as the game, won't ship until November 7!
