J.J. Abrams And Jonah Nolan's Person of Interest Heading To CBS!

Just one day after it was announced that J.J. Abrams' Alcatraz had been picked up by Fox, we now have word that his and Jonah Nolan's new show has also got the green light...
Abrams had been shopping the project around, and the crime-thriller has found a home with CBS and now has a name: Person of Interest. Not much else is known at this point, but we’ll be sure to deliver the details as they’re revealed.

"Multiple”" networks had strong interest in the show according to the report, and that should be no surprise considering the track record of the two men involved. Abrams is responsible for hits like Lost, Fringe and Alias; Nolan co-wrote both The Dark Knight and The Prestige with his brother Christopher, and also wrote the short story that his brother based Memento on.

This is Nolan’s first foray into television, and having Abrams in his corner has already and will continue to serve him well.
