Final installment? Heh. If it keeps raking in the money, they will never end. Didn't think Elwes character survived though. I thought we saw his body in one of the other movies, like #4 or 5. Can't remember.

Tobuttica@ problem is thier not making money anymore. They usually pull in 70 mil. The last one bombed and barely brought in 30. It's run it's course.

Oh well. They are getting somewhat stale. I still enjoy them and will be a tiny bit sad when they are over.

only seen the 1st and although I liked it, I left the series there and so should the studios. The whole point of it was the killer being terminally ill, what happened? Did he get better?

It was an ok story that has been milked like a tit from teabags picture gallery.

Still, Cary was almost unrecognisable in the 1st.

sweet! i stopped watching these after saw 2 but elwes' return and flanery's inclusion have solidified this as a must see for me! i loved the first one. could you imagine if they just left if alone? how fondly everyone would look upon "saw" instead of "wait, another one? whats this? saw 12? no thanks"
