PIXAR Announces Upcoming Film Lineup

Walt Disney and Pixar Animation Studios announce their line up of 10 new animated feature films 6 of which are from Pixar coming up through the year 2012.

Pixar’s release schedule:

Jun 27, 2008 – WALL•E (Andrew Stanton)

May 29, 2009 – Up (Pete Docter/Bob Peterson)

Oct 2, 2009 – Toy Story in 3-D (John Lasseter)

Feb 12, 2010 – Toy Story 2 in 3-D (John Lasseter)

Jun 18, 2010 – Toy Story 3 (Lee Unkrich)

Summer 2011 – newt (Gary Rydstrom)

Christmas 2011, The Bear and the Bow (Brenda Chapman)

Summer 2012 – Cars 2 (Brad Lewis)


Pixar has also announced the voice cast for WALL•E: Fred Willard, Jeff Garlin, Sigourney Weaver, John Ratzenberger and Kathy Najimy.

Thomas Newman is composing the score to WALL•E.

From Disney Animation Studios:

November 26th, 2008 – BOLT

Christmas 2009 – THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG

Christmas 2010 – RAPUNZEL

Christmas 2012 – KING OF THE ELVES

Most of the Disney Line are all planned to be in Disney Digital 3-D(TM).
